Alle angebotenen Produkte haben eine 2-jährige Garantie und sind in unserem Test-Abteilung getestet.

Für alle Produkte, aber, falls erforderlich, bekommen Sie die entsprechenden Bericht (CE), was bedeutet, dass die Produkte unter der slowenischen und europäischen Norm (Statement of Compliance) sind.

VERSORGUNG-UND BESCHWERDE - MANAGEMENT

Die Lieferzeit für die überwiegende Mehrheit der Produkte ist sofort, an sonst ist die Lieferzeit von 10 bis 21 Tagen ab dem Datum des Vertrages! Alle Kosten für Verpackung, Versicherung, Zoll sind bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Transport vom Kunden in Slowenien ist nach Vereinbarung durchgeführt, möglich ist auch eigenes Transport oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von den Käufer selbst, für die er selbst beantwortet - der Käufer.

Reklamationen müssen Sie innerhalb von acht Tagen melden, nach Erhaltung der Ware! Reklamationen müssen mit Protokolle der Kommission identifiziert werden und schriftlich. Fehler in Design und Druck sind möglich, deshalb behalten wir uns das Recht vor Änderungen!
